  • What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club & EFTPOS. We also accept PayPal.

  • Gift Wrapping & Gift Certificates.
Gift Certificates can be purchased over the phone and posted to the lucky recipient. They are also available instore. We present the gift card in a gift box and bag which looks very special.

  • Do you have Lay-By?
Yes, we have a Lay-By system, it requires a 20% deposit and regular payments to be made over the term of the Lay-By. 
Items over $1000 have a 12 week payment period. Items under $1000 are a 6 week payment period.
Some Items can not be put on Lay-By, please feel free to ask in store as we will always try and help.

  • Do you offer a warranty on the Jewellery you sell?
Our jewellery is sold in an as is condition. Jewellery is a precious and is susceptible to damage and requires care and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your jewellery when you are wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle.We recommend removing all your jewellery at the end of the day, playing sports, gardening & house work.
If an item purchased from Subiaco Antiques incurs damage, please bring it into the store. We will inspect the item and review the damage and possible cause. If we consider the damage to be unintentional we will repair the item at no cost or at reduced cost as a sign of goodwill. This is within the first 3 months of purchase. You must retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

We recommend that you bring your ring every 12 months to be inspected, this is a complimentry service we provide to all our customers that entrust us as their Jeweller.

  • Can you resize all the rings that you sell?
Yes, almost every ring in stock can be sized up or down within reason.

  • Will you repair my other jewellery?
We only repair items purchased from Subiaco Antiques & Fine Jewellery. If any damage occurs to one of our pieces please bring it back in for inspection and we will quote on repairing the item. Please have your reciept. We are not able to repair any jewellery that has been bought on the internet or a chain store

  • Do you buy Jewellery and Antiques?
Yes, we are always looking to purchase good quality items and all forms of Gold. For more information see our Gold buyer page.

  • Do you sell loose Diamonds for Engagement Rings?
Yes! We can source a very large range of both antique cut and modern diamonds. We can also hand craft your engagement ring & wedding bands. An appointment is nessasary to work out the style,
time frame and budget.

  • Are your diamonds certified and conflict free?
Yes, we can provide a diamond certification for all stones.
Many of our diamonds are old cut stones. Since they were mined and cut prior to the 1940's you can be assured that your purchase is not funding and current conflict. The modern diamonds that we carry are from sources that are Conflict Free and adhere to the Kimberley Process.

  • Do you only sell Antiques?
No, we carry Antique, Vintage, Estate and New jewellery. Since we are Jewellers we also make special pieces for the store and clients.

  • How often do you get new pieces?
We are constantly aquiring new pieces from jewellery to collectables, with buying trips to America and Europe every year the stock is always changing. Remenber that once an item has been sold we can not replace it. This is the beauty of our stock, everything is unique!

  • How do I care for my jewellery?
Jewellery requires special care depending on the materials, condition and construction of the piece. Basic care involves storing jewellery so that pieces do not touch each other. To quickly clean stones, use a lint free cloth. Stones settings should be checked regularly by the wearer and professionaly serviced once a year.
